Refund policy

These are individually designed shoes, so please handle them with care (avoid scratching the paint to preserve the artwork). I will not repair or replace items that have been mishandled. Each pair is hand-painted and made to order, making all sales final.

I do not accept returns if the shoes do not fit you. Please ensure that you provide me with the correct EU or US shoe size.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!

The deposit for the shoes is non-refundable, as I purchase each pair specifically after receiving an order.
